Medical privacy screens with optional wheels
Description
Our medical privacy screens are more stylish than regular hospital screens. They can be used as mobile privacy screens in many different environments. As well as offering medical screens on wheels there is a freestanding privacy screen supported on stable feet. The screen is light enough to be carried by one person, yet sturdy enough to be used in a busy medical or non-medical space as a free standing unit.
This modular privacy screen stands 2m tall which helps reduce airborne transmission of viruses between people separated by the screen. Each privacy screen is 1m wide. The support frame and feet are both finished with white paint providing a tough and easy-clean surface.
The screen panel is white PET plastic which can also be cleaned with regular disinfectants. Hospital screens with a hygienic rigid white panel are more practical than drapes. In a clinic, school, beauty salon or lateral flow testing facility these privacy screens offer a more pleasing appearance than basic hospital screens on wheels. Freestanding privacy screens can also be used in shared rooms - for example in double rooms in care homes or shared rooms in hostels.
When not in use these floor standing screens can be nested, thus taking up little storage space. They can be used in changing areas and link kits are available to order if required. Because these opaque screens are light and easy to move they do not interfere significantly with floor cleaning operations.
