Aluminium sign frame with curved face - A5 and A6 easy change paper insert
Alu Eclips aluminium sign frames are available in a range of sizes including A5 and A6. They are tough and reasonably tamper-resistant. Ideal curved sign holders for displaying self-printed paper inserts, the right size for typical room name signs.
The curved face creates an attractive and robust frame to display A5 and A6 prints - for example, as door nameplate signs which you can print and update yourself on a standard desktop printer. The body of the sign is made from silver anodised aluminium with a clear front lens which can be removed with a suction cup tool (supplied).
The standard model comes with black end caps (as pictured) has a pre-drilled curved back plate and is supplied with concealed screw fixings.
A6 and A5 are both dual-use landscape or portrait models (orientate the sign to suit your requirements). The black end caps are on the short side.
These aluminium curved face signs can be interchanged with Vista system signs of a similar size as the styling matches.

Specifications
Each curved face print holder comprises a slightly curved aluminium extrusion fitted with either black or silver-grey plastic end caps which are secured to the body of the holder by screws. The end caps are pre-assembled and do not need to be removed.
Our standard specification now has a silver body with black end caps.
Portrait or Landscape
A5 and A6 size Alu Eclips is also supplied in a single format (dual use - portrait or landscape). Simply rotate the sign holder before it is fixed to enable to enable landscape A6/A5 inserts to be displayed.
When A6/A5 signs are printed landscape the endcaps will be located on the left and right hand side of the holder (as opposed to the top and bottom for portrait).
The standard unit with black end caps is fixed to the wall or door by screwing through the body of the frame. Screws and wall plugs are supplied. Note: Black endcap A5 and A6 models may also be fixed to suitable surfaces using double sided adhesive tape instead of screws but in this case adhesive tape has to be ordered separately.
Inserting your printed door sign
Inserts can be produced on any office printer and then trimmed to size using a paper trimmer or office guillotine. We suggest you use the clear plastic lens as a cutting guide.
The print and front cover then fit into the front channels in the extrusion simply by flexing into place. The front cover ends up flush with the front of the frame, forming an attractive curve.
The front lens can be removed with the aid of a suction cup - normally one sucker is supplied for every 5-10 Alu Eclips frames unless extras are requested.
A5 inserts (size 148x210mm) can be produced two at a time on an A4 printer.
A6 inserts (size 105x148mm) can be produced four at a time on an A4 printer.
