Outdoor sign stand displays freestanding outdoor sign boards printed on almost any rigid signage substrate. SignClamper is a unique all-weather signboard holder from Green Magic, available in three heights to meet different requirements.
Suitable for parking and direction signs, temporary outdoor event signs, promotional and information signs. The stable sign stand is portable yet sufficiently heavy to stand upright in moderate winds.
Choose the right SignClamper for your application
Type 10 SignClampers have a heavy rubber-like base made from 100% recycled plastic. The base is 400mm square, weighs 10 kg and is rugged enough for many years of outdoor use - even withstanding being run over by a vehicle. Heavy duty black pole fits securely into the base.
There are 3 heights of pole: Standard 1.4m (4' 8") high - suitable for holding rigid panels up to around A1 size, 50x70 cm or A2 size are ideal for more exposed locations Short 0.9m (3' high) - very stable even in quite strong winds with A2 size or 40 x 50 cm sign panels. Ideal height to view from a car Extended 1.8m (6' high) - ideal for taller narrower signs (i.e. with less wind area to limit the risk of blowing over) or as an outdoor banner stand
Sign Clamps slide up and down the pole and are easily tightened by hand. The clamps will hold a Correx, Dibond or Foamex sign board or panel - panels 4mm to 6mm thick are ideal. Clamps will not rust and will last many years. Extra clamps can be purchased (see More Information)
Sign panels are not included - these are generally custom produced by sign companies. Various size panels can be used.
In strong wind this freestanding outdoor banner stand is less likely to blow over when used with a smaller sign boards and/or a shorter pole.
SignClampers are versatile
Also known as Type 10 sign stands, because the base weighs in at around 10kg (22 lbs), our range has been updated with a change to a black pole (instead of dark green) plus the addition of a Short model offering a more economical option for car park signs or outdoor signs aimed at children or wheelchair users, for instance.
These heavy base sign stands are intended for use with rigid sign panels, for example printed Correx boards used in garden centres to promote seasonal plants. SignClampers can only be used as free standing poster holders when the poster is screen printed or digitally printed onto a rigid board or panel.
Double-sided display is possible
Additional Sign Clamps can be purchased for fixing a second signboard to the reverse side. Please select Extra pair of Sign Clamps. Note: When two panels are displayed back-to-back they cannot be displayed at exactly the same level as their respective clamps cannot occupy the same space on the pole.

SignClampers are portable and easy to assemble
The pole is fitted with a tapered shoe which is a firm push-fit into the base. Ensure the shoe is fully engaged into the square opening in the base - for example by thumping it down onto a hard surface.
The base is heavy enough to be wind stable in most situations but light enough to be moved when required. Position it on level ground to prevent rocking.
When moving the SignClamper it is recommended to remove the pole from the base and pick up the base separately. This avoids the possibility of the base falling off onto your foot if you pick up the whole sign stand by the pole. The pole is removed by wiggling it upwards while placing one foot on the base.
Adjustable sign clamps
The Sign Clamps slide up and down the black PVC pole and can be secured at any height. The grip range is adjustable for panels up to 6mm thick. Ensure your panel is located centrally and at the desired height, then tighten by hand, starting with the bottom clamp is generally best.

Any product returned by the purchaser must be unused and in its original packaging, which should be unmarked. If goods are received damaged or faulty we will take care of the problem.
